In April 2018, Weight Watchers introduced their new “Freestyle” weight loss program. This new program includes an expanded list of foods that you do not need to track or weigh. Eggs are among these “Zero Point Foods.”

Although it was once believed that eggs can potentially raise your cholesterol levels, recent research has shown that eating cholesterol doesn’t translate into having high cholesterol. High-fat or high-cholesterol food, like eggs, are rich sources of protein – it fuels muscles and helps keeping you full.
